Relaxation dynamics of the mass-selected hydrated Auride ion (Au−)

- Relaxation dynamics of optically excited states of Au− and Au−(H2O)m were studied.
- Decay of the excited states in the pico-second scale were found for m = 2,3.
- Charge transfer from auride to solvent was found with different life times for m = 2 and 3.
