Crossed-beam and reduced dimensionality studies of the state-to-state integral cross sections of the Cl + HCD3(v) → HCl(v′) + CD3 reaction

- We studied the state-to-state ICS of the Cl + HCD3(v) → HCl(v′) + CD3 reaction.
- We did both experimental and theoretical analyses with Cl(2P3/2) and Cl(2P1/2).
- A time-sliced velocity imaging detection method under crossed-beam was used.
- A multiple PES was employed in combination of RD quantum dynamics and chemistry.
- Good agreement for the energy threshold between experiment and theory was found.
