Polymorphs of 1,1-diamino-2,2-dinitroethene (FOX-7): Isothermal compression versus isobaric heating

- Provided first Raman results on single crystals of FOX-7 under high pressures.
- Raman measurements confirmed phase changes at 2 and 4.5 GPa, but not at 10 GPa.
- Character of pressure-induced changes at 4.5 GPa notably different than at 2 GPa.
- Raman measurements confirmed phase changes: α-β at 390 and β-γ at 450 K.
- Demonstrated that high pressure polymorphs are different than the high temperature ones.
