Heats of formation and thermochemical parameters of small silicon clusters and their ions, Sin+/0/- with n = 2-13

- Total atomization energies and heats of formation of Sin clusters are determined.
- Patterns of EA, IE, binding and dissociation energies of Sin clusters are followed.
- Deviations between computed and available experimental TEAs are large.
