Elastic and inelastic behavior of graphitic C3N4 under high pressure

- Characterization of the graphitic C3N4 phase by Brillouin scattering up to 41.5 GPa.
- Characterization of the graphitic C3N4 phase by X-ray Raman scattering up to 26 GPa.
- No structural phase transition was detected up to 41.5 GPa.
- The longitudinal velocity of the graphitic C3N4 phase was found to be VL = 6.27 km/s.
- The shear wave velocity of the graphitic C3N4 phase was found to be VS = 3.04 km/s.
