Relativistic coupled-cluster calculations of spectroscopic and chemical properties for element 120

► Dissociation energy in E120-H is twice smaller than in Ba-H. ► E120Au is less stable than BaAu. ► Bonding in E120-H is in essence due to correlation effects. ► States with valence configurations of sp-type in E120 lies higher than in Ba.
