A crossed beam study of the reaction CNÂ +Â C2H4 at a high collision energy: The opening of a new reaction channel

► We have investigated the reaction dynamics of the reaction CN + ethene at a high collision energy. ► Evidence of the occurring of an unseen reaction channel has been obtained. ► The results have been interpreted in the light of previous experimental and theoretical investigations.
