Investigation of the local structure and EPR spectra for Nd3+ in Bi4Ge3O12

►We construct 364 × 364 complete energy matrix for 4f3configuration ion. ► The optical and EPR spectra of Nd3+ in BGO have been investigated. ► The local structure for Nd3+ in BGO is determined.
