Phase-transfer synthesis of amorphous palladium nanoparticle-functionalized 3D helical carbon nanofibers and its highly catalytic performance towards hydrazine oxidation

► Helical carbon nanofibers were decorated with amorphous Pd nanoparticles by a phase transfer method. ► The Pd nanoparticles are well distributed and have unique morphology. ► The material show excellent electrocatalytic activity for hydrazine oxidation.
