CdSe/ZnS quantum dot intermittency in N,N′-diphenyl-N,N′-bis(3-methylphenyl)-(1,1′-biphenyl)-4,4′-diamine (TPD)

► Significantly longer on and off durations are observed in TPD relative to PMMA. ► Deviation from power-law behavior occurs for on and off times and in both matrices. ► The observed trends are consistent with accessibility to charge-trapping states. ► The observed trends are consistent with extrinsic hole density in TPD.
