Morphology and characterization of TiO2 nanoparticles synthesized by arc discharge

► Arc discharge method has been applied to synthesis high quality TiO2 nanoparticles. ► A mixture of anatase and rutile phase of TiO2 crystal nanostructure was produced. ► High crystallinity of the TiO2 nanoparticles were discovered.
