Novel 2,4-difluorophenyl-functionalized arylamine as hole-injecting/hole-transporting layers in organic light-emitting devices

► 2,4-Difluorophenyl-functionalized arylamine (4FDT) as HTL or HIL in OLED. ► With 4FDT as HTL/HIL, the maximum efficiency were 4.3/5.0 cd/A, respectively. ► The incorporation of the fluorinated substituents into the arylamine moiety reduced holes mobility and then balanced the injected carriers in devices.
