Preparation and XRD analyses of Na-doped ZnO nanorod arrays based on experiment and theory

► Na-doped ZnO nanorod arrays (ZnO:Na NRAs) were prepared with different Na contents. ► The XRD simulation results well agreed with the experimental data of ZnO:Na NRAs. ► The XRD pattern could be a convenient way to judge the Na-doping effect in ZnO.
