Silver nanoparticle doped TiO2 nanofiber dye sensitized solar cells

► Silver nanoparticle doped TiO2 nanofibers as photoanode for DSSC. ► The addition of Ag nanoparticles improves the light harvesting efficiency. ► The addition of Ag nanoparticles boost the electron carrier transport 2 times faster. ► The conversion efficiency was improved by 25% compared to the TiO2 nanofiber based DSSC.
