Statistical properties of blinking kinetics in single molecule

► We extend the generating function theory to the blinking kinetics of single molecule. ► The waiting time distributions, high order cumulants etc. are investigated. ► This can used to study 'large-deviation' and the non-equilibrium 'counting' fields.
