Polarizability of oxygen-containing fullerene derivatives С60Оn and С70О with epoxide/oxidoannulene moieties

► C60O1-3 and C70O polarizabilities do not depend on structure and are determined by the O atoms number. ► The polarizability of C60Оn epoxides achieves maximal value at n = 15 and then diminishes. ► The depression of polarizability is caused by the pressure of O atoms on the C60 framework.
