Graphene-like BN allotropes: Structural and electronic properties from DFTB calculations

► Six various allotropes of graphene-like BN (so-called white graphene) are examined. ► Using DFTB method, their stability, structural and electronic properties are predicted. ► These BN allotropes will be of interest as new semiconducting materials.
