The self-diffusion coefficient in metastable states of a Lennard-Jones fluid

The molecular dynamics simulation has been used to investigate the behavior of the self-diffusion coefficient D∗ in stable and metastable states of a Lennard-Jones fluid. The finite value of the self-diffusion coefficient on the spinodals of a superheated liquid and the supersaturated vapor has been established, the glass-transition line has been approximated.
