Modified dispersion of functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes in acetonitrile

Dispersion of MWCNT-OH in acetonitrile was modified by a treatment with ethanol. The resulted soluble bounded nanotubes are ready to use in liquid phase epitaxial growth of thin nanotube layers.
