On the photo-stability of single molecules. Dibenzoterrylene in 2,3-dimethylnaphthalene crystals

Different photo-stabilities of single dibenzoterrylene and single terrylene molecules in 2,3-dimethylnaphthalene crystals at 270 K were explained by the lack of the triplet photo-oxidation channel in the former system and its domination in the latter.
