Synthesis and electrical properties of a single walled carbon nanotube-borosilicate glass composite

► Single walled carbon nanotube-borosilicate glass composite has been fabricated by melt-quench technique. ► SWCNTs were found to be well dispersed inside the glass matrix. ► The electrical conductivity of the composite has been found to increase significantly due to incorporation of SWCNT in the glass host.
