Electron density analysis of tautomeric mechanisms of adenine, thymine and guanine and the pairs of thymine with adenine or guanine

The electron density envelopes along the G∗-T ⇌ G-T∗ tautomerism show the iminol-amide and keto-enol prototropisms of guanine and thymine, respectively.
