Correlation between the microstructure and the origin of the green luminescence in ZnO: A case study on the thin films and nanowires

The photoluminescence spectra of the nanowires arrays show a significant change in the intensity ratio of the ultraviolet-to-green emission compared to the nanocrystalline thin film microstructure of ZnO with annealing at different temperatures.
