Novel spectral representation of RNA secondary structure without loss of information

We outline graphical representation of RNA secondary structure based on twelve symbols (A, C, G, U, A′, C′, G′, U′, A″, C″, G″, U″), which discriminate free X, Y, and XY and YX hydrogen bonded nucleotides.
