Attempts to recognize the two different isomers of a photoswichable dyad, 1-(4-bromo-phenyl)-3-(2-methoxy-naphthalen-1-yl)-propenone, by using TiO2 nanoparticles

The relative yields of the two isomers (E- and Z-) could be controlled by combining the photoexcited dyad MNBA with semiconductor TiO2 nanoparticles.
