A new NICS-based aromaticity index; NICS-rate

An alternative NICS-based method, in which using finite difference approximation the NICS-rates (ΔNICSΔr) are evaluated over a distance from the molecular plane, is introduced for indication of aromaticity in cyclic compounds.
