Dipole polarizabilities of trimetallic nitride endohedral fullerenes M3N@C2n (M = Sc and Y; 2n = 68-98)

Under weak external electric field, the M3N cluster encapsulated in C2n fullerene reduces the field induced by the carbon cage and, consequently, the M3N@C2n fullerenes show smaller dipole polarizability than the corresponding C2n cage.
