Influence of alloying effect on X-ray fluorescence parameters of Co and Cu in CoCuAg alloy films

In this Letter, charge transfer effect on the K and L X-ray intensity ratios, production cross-sections and fluorescence yield of Co, Cu and Ag atoms in alloy films were investigated, respectively.
