Formation of H3O+ from ethanol clusters induced by intense femtosecond laser fields

There exist two regimes of hydrogen exchange processes before decomposition of protonated ethanol to form H3O+; the fast hydrogen scrambling in the C2H5 group and the slow hydrogen exchange between C2H5 and OH2 groups.
