New insights into catalytic CO oxidation on Pt-group metals at elevated pressures

Producing a definitive picture of the CO oxidation reaction (CO + O2 → CO2) on Pt-group metals (Rh, Pd, Pt and Ru) across the 'pressure gap' has proven a challenging task for surface scientists. New results are presented here across a wide pressure range.
