A time resolved study of S1/S2 electronic coupling in naphthalene

The photophysics of naphthalene prepated in the Lb(S1) and S2(La) electronic excited states has been investigated with femtosecond resolution. The relaxation transients reveal the non-adiabatic coupling of the La and Lb states.
