Theoretical and experimental investigation of the 1H NMR spectrum of putrescine

NMR spin Hamiltonian parameters: chemical shifts and spin-coupling constants, accurate enough to simulate a NMR spectrum in good agreement with an in vitro experimental one, are proposed for putrescine.
