Luminescence, lifetime and quantum yield studies of YVO4:Ln3+ (Ln3+Â =Â Dy3+, Eu3+) nanoparticles: Concentration and annealing effects

Emission spectra of 2 at.% Dy3+ doped YVO4 annealed at different temperatures. Intensity increases with heat treatment. Blue and yellow lights are observed.
