Colchicine-protein interactions revealed by transient absorption spectroscopy after in situ photoisomerization to lumicolchicines

Detectable transient species are obtained by laser flash photolysis of pre-irradiated COL-SA complexes. It can serve to reveal the drug-protein interactions.
