Relative stability and thermodynamic properties of Si2H4 isomers

Possible Si2H4 isomers were computed with the CCSD(T)/aug-cc-pV5Z model chemistry suggesting that the monobridged C1 and the silylsilylene Cs isomers should be rather isoenergetic.
