Interaction and morphology of polyethylenimine/DNA complexes as studied by solid-state NMR spectroscopy

By employing 1H wide-line and 31P DD/MAS NMR, the interaction and morphology of a series polyethylenimine (PEI)/DNA complexes used as gene-delivery system were characterized on the molecular level.
