Anomalous photoconductivity of cobalt-doped zinc oxide nanobelts in air

Cobalt-doped ZnO nanobelts exhibit the negative photoconductivity to 630 nm light. This negative photoconductivity is attributed to photodesorptions the water molecules adsorbed on the surface of nanobelts.
