Gold nanoparticle based surface enhanced fluorescence for detection of organophosphorus agents

Long standing challenge is the detection of major organophosphorous agents to protect human life around the world. This letter demonstrates for the first time that gold nanoparticle based NSEF spectroscopy can be used for screening of OPA with high sensitivity (1 μM).
