Surprising properties of the kinematic shear viscosity of water

The main goal of the present Letter is the qualitative analysis of non-equilibrium water properties, determined by long-living molecular configurations, which arise due to H-bonds. More definitely, peculiarities of the kinematic shear viscosity of water and its connection with structural parameters of the H-bond network are carefully investigated.
