Temperature measurements of the PEDOT-PSS layer in a polymer light-emitting diode by stokes and anti-stokes Raman scattering

We have measured the temperature of the PEDOT-PSS layer from the intensity ratio of anti-Stokes to Stokes scattering of the 440 cm−1 vibration attributed to PEDOT.
