Cyclohexane triggers staged growth of pure and vertically aligned single wall carbon nanotubes

A combined system for stage growth of nanotubes with the use of cyclohexane at the nucleation and methane at the growing phase, yields pure and dense vertically aligned and densely packed SWNT.
