The influence of O2 partial pressure on the structure and surface wettability of C-modified TiO2 films prepared by magnetron co-sputtering

The C-modified film prepared at the oxygen partial pressure of 0.05 Pa presented round island-like structure and wettability conversion from high hydrophobicity to super-hydrophilicity under UV light irradiation.
