Isotope effects on the spin-density distribution in the H6+ clusters: Direct ab initio molecular dynamics study

Projections of hydrogen-atom positions at time steps of trajectories for the [H2(H2)D2]+ cluster on to two orthogonal planes. It is seen that the distribution of H2 at one end is slightly more widespread than that of D2 at the other end.
