Appearance of radial breathing modes in Raman spectra of multi-walled carbon nanotubes upon laser illumination

The Letter reports the appearance of RBM in the range of 200-610 cm−1 in a MWNT sample illuminated with 514.5 nm Ar+ laser. The lowest diameter of the observed SWNT is 0.37 nm.
