Solvation dynamics of LDS 750 in micelles, reverse micelles and proteins

The dynamics of a fluorescent probe LDS 750 in biomimetics and protein have been explored using time resolved emission spectroscopy. The study establishes the ability of the probe to monitor the environmental dynamics in a specific site (domain III) of the transporter protein bovine serum albumin (BSA).
