Theoretical study of O2 adsorption and reactivity on single-walled boron nitride nanotubes

We use DFT-GGA method to study O2 adsorption and decomposition on perfect and defective (10, 0) BNNTs. The figure describes the dissociation processes of O2 on the perfect and nitrogen vacancy tubes.
