A distorted geometry of methyl xanthate anion in S3 state-Resonance Raman and ab initio studies

The significant intensity in overtone 2ν16 of the nontotally symmetric OCS2 out-of-plane vibration mode and its combination bands with totally symmetric modes indicates a distorted geometry of methyl xanthate anion in S3 state.
