Electrical and magnetic properties of cold compacted iron-doped zinc sulfide nanoparticles synthesized by wet chemical method

Iron-doped zinc sulfide nanoparticles exhibit high interfacial conductivity by small polaron hopping mechanism and one-dimensional antiferromagnetic behaviour.
