Accurate multi-level electronic structure methods (MLSE-DFT) for atomization energies and reaction energy barriers

The new MLSE-TPSS1KCIS method outperformed the non-DFT version (MLSE) significantly. The new method predicts very small MUEs for all three types of energies and is compared favorably with other accurate methods.
