Single-crystal elastic constants of the zeolite analcime measured by inelastic X-ray scattering

Single-crystal elastic constants have been measured from large (∼1 mm) crystals of the cubic zeolite analcime, |Na16+(H2O)16|[Al16Si32O96], using inelastic X-ray scattering, demonstrating the rather isotropic elastic behaviour of this complex material.
